What this service is
Mold Removal Albany is a free referral service. We connect homeowners in the Albany NY area with independent mold assessment and remediation companies. We do not perform mold work ourselves, and using our service costs you nothing.
No contractor relationship
Any mold assessment, remediation, or related work is performed by independent, NYS licensed companies, not by us. Your contract is directly with the company you hire, including all pricing, scheduling, warranties, and guarantees.
We introduce you to pros who meet our standards, but we are not a party to your agreement with them and we do not supervise their work.
Estimates and pricing
Any cost ranges shown on this site are estimates for general guidance, not quotes. Your final price comes from the professional you hire, and you should always get it in writing before work begins.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mold Removal Albany is not liable for the work, pricing, or conduct of the independent companies we refer, or for any damages arising from your agreement with them. Our role is limited to making the introduction.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of New York State.
